Simone Biles
Simone Biles is an American gymnast. Born on the 14th of March 1997, in Columbus Ohio U.S.A. The 2016 Olympics were held at Rio de Janeiro and Biles was one of the U.S.'s first female gymnast to win 4 gold medals. Biles also took home the world title for all-around 3 times in succession (2013-15). Biles as well as their younger sibling Adria, who were adopted by Ronald Biles as well as Nellie Biles' grandparents in Spring Texas (in the Houston area) were raised there. Simone was first introduced to the sport of gymnastics through her daycare instructor Aimee Borman when she was 6 years old. She was a student at Bannon's Gymnastix for 11 years. Biles has won gold and bronze medals at the women's Junior Olympic National Championships 2010 on the floor and vault before her debut in 2011 with the elite section of the competition. In just two short years, she became the top athlete in her field. The thing that set Biles apart was the consistency of her fun-loving personality, as well as the level of difficulty she incorporated into her workout routines for all four events--vault uneven bars balance beam and floor workout.
